Our Team

David Rosengarten

David Rosengarten has almost 20 years of experience providing professional support to government contractors in areas of compliance, accounting, and training. 


David’s areas of expertise include Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Incurred Cost Submissions (ICS), and DCAA audit support and preparation. 


David also works with his clients to develop and implement compliant ready accounting systems, including (but not limited to): controls, policies, procedures, and processes.  David has extensive experience designing indirect rate structures, models, and submissions in accordance with FAR Subpart 31.2.  He also assists clients with DCAA audit requests, Contracting Officer inquires, and developing complex accounting tools to comply with FAR & CAS requirements, while also enhancing contractor’s business systems.



David graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business with a dual major in Accounting and Finance.
